Can I order by telephone?

Can I purchase Blossom products at a retail location?
Blossom products are currently only available through the online store.


What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay. We do not accept money orders, cash, or checks.


How can I change or cancel my order?
To make a change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 310-756-6901 or email hello@itsblossom.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Do you offer gift wrapping?
Select items are available for a gift box option for an additional charge.



How long will it take before my order ships?
We usually take 1-2 business days to process an order. Orders with Express shipping placed before 2 PM Pacific time are processed the same day.

Economy Plus - Flat Rate $6.99
Standard - Flat Rate $12.99
Express- Varies from order to order  


Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S., to all 50 states. We plan to offer international shipping sometime in the future. Thanks for your patience!


How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item has shipped. You can start tracking your order by clicking on the tracking number provided in the email. If for some reason you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please email us at hello@itsblossom.com and we will provide you with the tracking number.


What if I've received a damaged item?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@itsblossom.com with your name, order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and we will take care of the issue.



How do I return an item?
Item(s) can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund unless an item is marked as “Final Sale”. Please email us at hello@itsblossom.com to initiate a return.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the amount refunded back to your account. Please note, we do not refund return shipping costs.
